How availability works
Filtered by hub catalog visibility rules. Microsoft 365 availability may differ.
You may have more agents in M365 Copilot than the ones shown here. Missing one more people at your organization should know about?

Before using an agent or app
Check the tool's description and usage guidance before entering information. Only use information that the tool explicitly says it is approved to process, and only when you are authorized to use that information for the intended purpose.
- Is this the correct tool for the task?
- What information am I about to enter?
- Am I authorized to use it for this purpose?
- Is the tool approved for this type of information?
- Do contracts, privacy rules, or other requirements add restrictions?
If you are uncertain, do not enter the information. Use your organization's official security and privacy guidance.
Information classification
Information must be handled according to its sensitivity. The person creating or handling information remains responsible for using the correct classification and an approved tool.
Non-business
Private information handled for personal purposes and unrelated to the organization's work. It is a separate information type, not the lowest level of the business classification scale.
Public
Information that may be freely shared inside or outside the organization.
Internal
Information intended for use within the organization. External sharing requires the information owner's approval.
Confidential
Information intended for specific recipients where unauthorized disclosure could have negative consequences.
Strictly confidential
Highly sensitive information intended only for specifically authorized recipients.
Additional handling rules
Personal data
Personal data requires an appropriate classification and an explicitly approved use case. Do not assume a classification label alone approves personal-data processing.
Third-party information
Customer or partner information may be subject to ownership, confidentiality, and contractual requirements even when no visible label is present.
Customer requirements
Customer contracts may set stricter requirements for where and how information is processed. They override simplified guidance on this page.
Understanding classification labels
When an approved classification is shown, it describes the highest classification the tool is approved to receive in its current configuration. It does not grant access, approve every use case, or override legal, privacy, contractual, or integration-specific restrictions.
Classification not provided: use Public information only until the individual tool explicitly states otherwise.
How content is published
Content submitted to the hub is reviewed by an administrator before it is published. The owner keeps each published item up to date, including who it is for, what it can be used for, and its limitations.
Personalized access (Agents)
The hub shows published catalog entries filtered by your sign-in. It is not a complete inventory of every agent you can access in Microsoft 365. A catalog group can control hub visibility without granting provider access, and provider access may exist without a hub listing. Ask the agent owner or hub administrator to verify those separately.
Contribute
Use the contribution action on the relevant catalog page to submit a use case, prompt, skill, app, or agent. Sharing an agent creates an admin review request only; any Microsoft 365 availability or deployment change remains a separate manual operator action.
Your data in this hub
What this hub stores about you, who sees it and how long it is kept.
What is stored
- Your name and an internal ID from your sign-in.
- What you share: content, comments, likes and favorites.
- What you send: feedback, suggestions and access requests, with any screenshots.
- When you copy a prompt or open it in an agent, and when you download a skill, to count use. The hub uses no tracking cookies.
- Your profile photo from Microsoft 365, shown on your contributor profile and in the list of contributors. The hub fetches it from Microsoft 365 when it is shown and keeps only a short-lived copy in memory; it is not saved in the hub.
Who sees it
- Your name on content you published and on your comments: everyone who uses the hub.
- Your submissions, feedback and suggestions: you and the administrators. A suggestion to a content owner is also seen by that owner.
- Your favorites: only you.
- Use of prompts and skills: everyone sees the totals on each prompt and skill, and administrators see totals too. The hub shows no one who used what. The log links prompt use to your internal ID for 90 days; a skill download is kept as a hashed receipt for 2 days.
How long it is kept
- Use of prompts: 90 days. Skill downloads: 2 days. After that only the totals without names remain, as long as the prompt or skill exists.
- Feedback to the hub: 90 days. Submissions that have been decided: 180 days.
- Suggestions: 30 days after a decision. Accepted public suggestions stay.
- Published content: stays. Archiving removes it from the catalog but does not delete it. If you ask for your data to be deleted, your name is removed from the content. Comments and favorites: until you delete them.
Deleting your data
- You can delete your own comments and favorites yourself.
- To see or delete everything stored about you, ask the hub administrators. They delete or anonymize it. Content you published stays, without your name.
